A deposit secures your reservation. Our concierge service then takes over to coordinate every detail of your stay, creating an experience tailored just for you.

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required within 72 hours of signing the contract.

The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay.

A security deposit is required prior to your arrival to cover, if necessary, any damages incurred during your stay.

The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be communicated to you by your advisor before booking.

In case of damage, any deductions will be made based on supporting documents provided by the owner and only after a careful review of the situation. No amount will be withheld without legitimate and documented reason.

The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay.

You may cancel your reservation under the following conditions:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total rental amount will be retained.

• From 59 days before arrival up to the day of check-in: 100% of the total amount remains due.
